Arcanum Properties was founded in 2018 with the goal of identifying property solutions that contribute positively to society. 

The founders have experience owning and managing properties as well as building Real Estate businesses from the ground up. Extensive research led to the conclusion that the most vulnerable members of society are all too often excluded from accessing housing that is both affordable and suitable for their needs. 

At the same time, there has been a substantial shift in investor sentiment in recent years. Investors are increasingly looking for opportunities where their money produces an attractive return but also has a positive social impact. 

Determined to find a replicable way of combining those two needs Arcanum found a way of meeting the interests of both vulnerable tenants and investors. By repositioning properties the most needy tenants were provided with long-term accommodation and investors saw a guaranteed, inflation protected rental income for many years, directly or indirectly through government bodies.
